Who are we reaching?
The page «Who are we reaching?» shows how many families the school reaches through Ufzack, and which ones it does not. Only accounts, sign-ins, push subscriptions and bounces are counted, never page views. You switch on the «Reach» module under «Administration» → «Modules». The head of school and the administration find the page under «Administration» → «Who are we reaching?».
Key figures
Families with at least one active child are counted. At the top you see, each with its share:
- families with an activated account,
- families with a sign-in in the last 30 days,
- families with push on at least one device, if the «Push notifications» module is switched on.
In addition, there are «Accounts signed in during the last 30 days» and «Addresses with bounces in the last 30 days». A bounce is an email that could not be delivered.
Who you are not reaching
Under «You are not reaching these families», each affected family is listed with a «Reason»:
- No activated account: «Activate account» opens the family in the admin area, where you activate a parent account.
- Email bounces: every activated address of the family had a bounce in the last 90 days, and nobody has signed in since. Check the address with the family.
- Invitation never accepted: nobody in the family has ever signed in.
In the last two cases, «Resend invitation» sends a new invitation to all activated accounts of the family. If that does not help, ask the family, for example whether the email ended up in the spam folder.
Tips
Look at the page after sending invitations and before important announcements. Families you do not reach miss events and requests; inform them another way if needed.
More on invitations: Inviting parents; on missing emails: Code not received.
