Privacy notice for parents

Parents should know which data the school processes with Ufzack. There is a template for this that you adapt to your school.

Where to find the template

Open «Administration» → «Data protection».
Tap the link to the privacy notice template for parents.

The template is visible to accounts with the role head of school, administration or admin.

What is already filled in

The template is prefilled with your school's name. It lists the data that is always present: for children, for example, name, level and class and the photo permission; for parents, name, email address, phone number (optional) and language; plus sign-ins and notification settings.

Added to this is the data of the modules switched on at your school, for example absences, emergency contacts or messages. If you switch a module on or off, the template adapts. Open it again afterwards.

What you need to complete

Passages that only your school knows are marked [ZU PRÜFEN]. Check and complete each of them before passing the text on. Also read the rest of the text and adapt it wherever it does not fit your school.
