The cockpit

The cockpit is the team's start page. You open it with the cockpit entry in the navigation. At the top is what needs doing, below it what is coming up.

Quick actions

At the very top are the most common tasks: «Add event», «Write news», «Create event series» and «Info page». Modules that are switched on add their own quick actions, for example «Groups».

To do today

Under «To do today», the modules that are switched on show what needs attention, for example new absence reports or open requests. A number on the card shows the open items; urgent ones come first. If there is nothing to do, the section does not appear.

Awaiting approval

Here you find the drafts of info pages and events. The drafts of an event series appear as one line with their number and period; tapping it takes you to the page where you publish them all at once. «Nothing is waiting for approval.» means everything is done.

Below follow the running «Event series» and the «Next fourteen days», each event with its status: draft, cancelled, moved or changed. If a single event invites different children than the series of the same name, the section «Check audience» warns you.

All drafts

Under «Tools», the drafts card opens a list of all drafts: events, info pages and news together. There you search by title and filter by «Kind». Parents see none of this.

  1. Open the list of drafts.
  2. Enter part of the title or choose a «Kind».
  3. Tap an entry to edit or publish it.

Tools

At the bottom of the page are info pages, news, drafts, annual planning and team and places. The head of school and administration also find the administration there. The titles of these cards are currently shown in German.
