Registering your school

You set up your school yourself, without payment details. It gets its own, separate data area and its own address.

How it works

  1. On the Ufzack website, open «Register school».
  2. Fill in «Name of the school», «Desired address», first and last name, «Email address», «Your role at the school» and «Approximate number of children».
  3. Tick the «terms and conditions including data processing» and tap «Send confirmation code».
  4. Enter the six-digit code from the email and tap «Create school».
  5. The school is created, usually in less than a minute. Tap «Continue to setup»: you are signed in as head of school and land in the setup wizard.

The address

The desired address becomes your school's subdomain. It has 3 to 30 lowercase letters, digits and hyphens and starts with a letter. The form suggests an address based on the school name; right below the field you see whether it is free.

The code

The code is valid for 30 minutes. No email? Check your spam folder or tap «Send new code». Use a permanent email address, not a disposable one: invoices and important notices will go there later.

After 30 days

The trial period lasts 30 days, with all features. During this time the number of families is limited. You receive an email reminder ten days and three days before the end, and on the last day.

Choose a plan before then, in the administration on the «Billing» page. Without a plan, the school is then read-only for 30 days: parents see everything, the editorial area is locked and no notifications are sent. After that, all data is deleted.
