Accepting new terms

When the terms and conditions of Ufzack, which also cover data processing on the school's behalf, change, the head of school accepts the new version once.

What you see

The next time you open the platform, every page leads to a page with links to:

• the terms and conditions,
• the privacy policy,
• the list of subprocessors.

How to accept

1. Read the linked texts.
2. Confirm on the page that you have read the texts.
3. Tap the button to give your consent.

You then continue to the start page. Without the confirmation, the page asks you to give it.

Who accepts and for whom

Accounts with the role head of school or admin can accept. The acceptance applies to the whole school: once one person has accepted, the others no longer see the page.

Until then, the platform cannot be used by the head of school. Help and sign-in remain available. For parents and other staff everything continues as usual; they notice nothing.

Reading the texts again

The terms and conditions, privacy policy, legal notice and list of subprocessors are always available on the Ufzack website, under /agb/, /datenschutz/, /impressum/ and /unterauftragsverarbeiter/.
