Paying school invoices

If the school asks for a contribution, for example for a camp or materials, you receive a QR bill. The feature only appears if the school has switched it on.

Where to find invoices

• By email: each parent receives the invoice with purpose, amount and due date, with the QR bill attached as a PDF.
• Under «Family and account» in the «Payments» section. It also shows how many invoices are still open.
• On the today page under «Waiting for you», as long as an invoice is open.

How to pay

1. Open «Payments» and tap the invoice. The QR bill opens as a PDF.
2. Scan the QR code with your bank's app, or pay the invoice at the counter.

The money goes directly to the school, not to Ufzack. Each invoice has its own reference; please always use the QR bill so the school can match the payment.

Status

Each invoice shows how much is still due and by when, along with its status:

• «Open»: not paid yet.
• «Partly paid»: part of it has arrived; the remaining amount is shown.
• «Paid»: settled.
• «Waived»: the school does not require the payment.

The school updates the status once it has booked the payment. This can take a few days after you pay.

Reminder

If an invoice is still open after the due date, you receive one reminder by email. If you have paid in the meantime, you can ignore it.
