Summaries and weekly preview

Instead of receiving each notice separately, you can get them collected: once a day or once a week. The feature is only available if the school has switched it on.

Where to set it

  1. Open «Family and account».
  2. Tap «Notifications».
  3. Under «How often?», choose a rhythm for «Email» and, if available, for «Push notification»:
    • «Immediately»
    • «Collected daily at 6 pm»
    • On Sundays “Coming up next week”
  4. Tap «Save».

Cancellations and short-notice decisions always arrive immediately, whichever rhythm you choose.

The weekly preview

On Sunday evening you receive the email «Coming up next week». It contains:

  • all events from Monday to Sunday that concern your children, sorted by day;
  • depending on which features the school uses: open requests and forms with their deadline, your activities on helper lists, booked parent meetings, the status of your parent hours and payments due that week.

If the coming week is empty, for example during the holidays, no email is sent.

The weekly preview is switched on from the start. You can switch it off under «Weekly preview». If you have chosen the Sunday rhythm for emails, you still receive it, because it then replaces your other emails.
