Push notifications

Push notifications appear on your phone even when Ufzack is closed: new events, changes and cancellations. They come in addition to email. Cancellations always reach you by email as well.

Turn on

1. Open your family page and, under «For our family», the «Push notifications» card.
2. Tap «Turn on notifications».
3. Allow notifications when the browser asks.

After signing in, «today» also invites you to do this. «Not now» hides the invitation.

Push applies per device. Turn it on on every device where you want to receive notifications.

iPhone and iPad

On iPhone, push only works if the platform is on the home screen and you open it from there. How to do this: The app on your home screen. Then turn on push in the app.

No button visible?

If you once blocked notifications in the browser, the button no longer appears. Allow notifications for this site in the browser or phone settings and reload the page.

Manage devices

«Devices with push» lists all devices on which push is switched on, with the date. With «Switch off», a device no longer receives notifications, for example an old phone.

How often

In Email notifications you choose under «Push notification» whether notifications arrive immediately or collected.
