Family and account
Everything that concerns your family is on your family page, reached through the navigation or the person symbol at the top right («Family and account»).
The family page
- Your children with their level. The school enters the children. If a child is missing or something is wrong, contact the school.
- «For our family»: depending on the school, for example absences, emergency contacts or parent meetings.
- «Settings»: «Notifications», «Language», «Calendar subscription», «Account and devices» and «Contact the school».
Second parent
Each parent has their own account with their own email address and signs in themselves. Both see the same family. The account for a second parent is created by the school; please contact it.
Account and devices
Under «Account and devices» you see which devices you are signed in on, each with «Last used on». The current device is marked «this session».
- Tap «Sign out» next to a device to sign it out.
- Or tap «Sign out on all other devices», for example if a phone was lost.
On the current device, you sign out with the symbol at the very top right.
Photo permission
Also under «Account and devices», you set for each child whether photos are allowed within the school and in «Public» (website, social media, newspaper). Tap «Allow» or «Revoke». Every parent account in the family can change it; the school is informed of every change.
Contact the school
«Contact the school» shows the general contact and the team, with phone numbers where the school makes them visible. Under «parent contacts» you find the families with children, address, email and phone, as the school has entered them, including your own. If something is wrong, let the school know.
«Print family list or save as PDF» gives the same families on a sheet, without phone numbers; depending on the school with the children's date of birth. The list contains personal data: for your own use only, do not post it or pass it on.
