The calendar

The calendar contains all events. It opens the month you looked at last, otherwise the current one.

Four views

Choose the view at the top:

• «Week»: the events of one week, day by day. Days without school are marked.
• «Month»: the month as a grid. If a day has more than three events, a «+» shows the number of the others.
• «Year»: the school year at a glance. Tapping a period opens the matching month. With «Print year overview or save as PDF» you get the year on paper.
• «List»: the next 30 events in order.

In the week and month views, use the arrows or swipe to move on.

An event in detail

Tap an event. The detail page shows the time and place, the description and, if there are any, the «Packing list», «Attachments» and who is responsible. Items marked «Required» must be brought along. With «— on the map» you open the meeting point on a map. If an event was cancelled and moved, a link leads to the replacement date.

Only your own children

With «for my children» you see your children's events and the events for parents; below it you can see which children are meant. «all events» shows everything. The choice stays while you browse the calendar and also applies to the year overview. If the filter hides something, a note points this out.

You only see this switch if the school has entered children for your family.

Events in your own calendar

With «Subscribe to calendar» the events go into the calendar app on your phone: Subscribe to the calendar.
