Subscribe to the calendar

With a subscription, the events appear in the calendar app on your phone or computer and stay up to date there. The subscription contains your children's events and the events for parents. If you have several children, the first name appears in the event title.

You open the page in the calendar with «Subscribe to calendar» or on your family page under «Calendar subscription».

iPhone, iPad and Mac

1. Tap «Subscribe with iPhone, Mac or Outlook».
2. Confirm with «Subscribe».

If that does not work: Settings → Calendar → Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Subscribed Calendar, then paste the address from the page.

Android (Google Calendar)

1. Tap «Add to Google Calendar (Android)».
2. Confirm with «Add».

If only the calendar view opens, paste the address on a computer at calendar.google.com under Other calendars (+) → From URL. If the calendar then does not appear in the app, switch it on in the app's settings.

Outlook and other programs

The first button opens the calendar app directly. Otherwise copy the address with «Copy address» and add it in the program as a calendar subscription from the internet.

Renew the link

The subscription address belongs to your account alone: anyone who has it can see your family's calendar. Do not pass it on. If that has happened or a device was lost, tap «Create new link». The old address then stops working; set up the subscription on your devices again.

The calendar app decides when it fetches changes. You always see the latest state in the calendar of Ufzack.
