Booking a parent meeting

For parent meetings, the school offers time slots. You choose a time that suits you. The feature only appears if the school has switched it on.

Where to find meetings

As long as no meeting is booked for one of your children, the meeting round is shown on the today page under «Waiting for you». Booked meetings are listed under «Family and account».

How to book

1. Open the meeting round. At the top you see who the meeting is with, the place or link, and until when you can book.
2. Under your child's name, choose a free slot under «Choose time».
3. Tap «Book».

If several of your children are in the round, book for each child separately. You receive a confirmation by email, with the appointment attached for your calendar.

If it says «All slots are taken. Please contact the school.», please get in touch with the school.

Rebooking or cancelling

Until the round's deadline you can change the booking:

• Rebook: choose another free slot under «Rebook to» and tap «Rebook». The previous slot becomes free again.
• Cancel: tap «Cancel booking».

After the deadline this is no longer possible; please contact the school directly.

Reminder

The day before the meeting, the person who booked it receives a reminder by email.
