Email notifications

Ufzack writes to you when the school informs about new or changed events. You decide when the emails arrive, on your family page under «Notifications».

How often?

Under «Email», choose «Immediately», «Collected daily at 6 pm» or on Sundays «Coming up next week». If you use push, choose the same for your phone under «Push notification». Cancellations and short-notice decisions always arrive immediately.

Per event type

Under «Per event type: immediately or collected», you set for each type whether the email arrives «Immediately» or «Collected in one email at 6 pm». The school decides whether you are informed; you decide when.

Reminders

• «Weekly preview»: on Sunday evening, an overview of the coming week. If the week is empty, for example during the holidays, no email arrives.
• «Reminder for anything special»: when something differs from the usual the next day, either «The evening before, 6 pm» or «The same morning, 6:30 am». In a quiet week nothing arrives.
• «Advance warning for mandatory events»: an extra warning two weeks before.

All three are switched on from the start. Two things cannot be switched off: a cancellation always reaches you, and a mandatory event reminds you the day before.

Finally, tap «Save».

Notices

At the very bottom of «today» you see the latest notices about events. «See all notices» shows the notices of the last thirty days.

No email at all: the calendar subscription shows the same events in your calendar app. If your school uses push, read Push notifications.
