If you are new at the school, Ufzack helps you get started: with a welcome email and a short list of important info pages. Both only exist if the school has switched this feature on.

The welcome email

Together with your first invitation you receive a welcome email from the school, provided the school has written one. It often also contains links to the info pages that matter at the start, for example on school hours, holidays or contacts.

«New here» on the today page

During the first four weeks after your invitation, the today page shows the «New here» section. It lists the info pages the school has chosen for new families.

1. Tap an entry. The info page opens and the entry counts as read.
2. To remove an entry without reading it, tap the tick next to it («Read»).

Read entries disappear from the list. Once all are read or the four weeks are over, the whole section disappears.

What you have read applies to your account. If a second parent has their own account, they see their own list.

All info pages remain available afterwards. More under Info pages.
