Signing up on helper lists

For fairs, outings and other events, the school looks for helpers or for things to bring along. The helper list is shown directly in the event in the calendar. It only appears if the school has switched this feature on.

Where to find helper lists

• On the today page under «Waiting for you», as long as there are free places and your family has not signed up yet.
• In the event in the calendar, in the «Helper list» section.

How to sign up

1. Open the event.
2. In the «Helper list» section, find a suitable task. Next to it you can see how many places are already taken.
3. If you like, write a «Comment (optional)».
4. Tap «Sign up».

Your task then shows «You are taking part». When a task is full, it shows «full».

Withdrawing

If you cannot make it after all, tap «Withdraw» next to your task. This is possible until the deadline shown at the top of the helper list. After that, please let the school know directly.

Reminder and parent hours

The day before the event you receive a reminder by email. Your upcoming activities are listed under «Family and account» in «My activities». If the school has set hours for a task and keeps a parent hours account, they are credited after the event.
